Forest Sprite
I make life-size glass insects and I LOVE fairies, trolls, and other creatures of the fae world, so why not make insects and fairy people?!? Well in fact, I have made a few over the years but only release them to the "real" world occasionally as they are so special ;-)

This Forest Sprite will bring the spirit of nature right into your home, just be kind and gentle with it as they are very sensitive beings.

It is made of Effetre (aka "soft") glass via the lampworking technique - sculpted from molten glass rods, over an oxy-propane torch. Afterward, it has been annealed in a digitally-controlled kiln, so is fully stabilized and when properly cared for, should last several human lifetimes (much longer than a live salamander!)

    • All of my sculptures are individually hand-made by me, Wesley Fleming, by melting glass rods over a torch and then properly annealed in a digitally-controlled kiln to remove any stress from the making process.
